Over-thinking causes anxiety...at least for me anyway.<br /><br />I have always heard diabetics should avoid pears cause of it's high sugar content. <br /><br />It'll all be okay hon. You're a survivor...gotta remember that even though ya don't feel like one at times:)<br /><br />One of my fav medical books is called 'The China Study.' Maaaaybe that might help.
